Customer Engagement & Experience Solutions Manager, SoCalGas

Azam Aslam is responsible for strategic direction, development and operational support of SoCalGas’s Digital Engagement and Customer Contact Center technologies.

Azam has over 25 years of technology leadership experience developing strategies, guiding complex digital transformation projects across Utilities, Media Entertainment and Financial Services industries.

Azam started his career with SoCalGas in IT, held technology leadership positions at The Walt Disney Company and Capital Group Companies before re-joining SoCalGas in 2009 to lead Customer Engagement related strategic initiatives. Azam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Cal State Long Beach.
