CHRIS MACRITCHIE

Chris MacRitchie is a Senior Executive with over 25 years’ experience working with both regulated and de-regulated Energy & Utility Industry clients. Experience ranges from managing large complex transformation programs, including ERP and CIS Projects, to continuously delivering operational improvements through multi-year Run the Business managed service programs including IT Operations as well as Business Process Outsourcing. Chris has run call centers, billing, back office, and Credit & Collections BPO Operations-as-a service for energy retail clients. Chris has worked with Energy and Utility clients in the US, Canada, UK, France, and Italy.
Chris specializes in relationship and program governance, including multi-partner governance and co-innovation processes. Additional areas of expertise include organizational change management and benefits realization. Industry experience includes Electric and Gas Utility, Regulated Customer Operations, Retail & Unregulated Customer Operations, Transmission & Distribution, Corporate Shared Services, Work & Asset Management, Smart Metering, Smart Home, Smart Integrated Infrastructure, Energy Efficiency, Demand Response, Distributed Resources, and Non-commodity Products and Services.
Chris started his career spending over 10 years at Accenture. Chris led professional services/consulting teams at two software companies. At Black and Veatch, Chris was part of the leadership team of a cross Business Unit Smart Integrated Infrastructure Initiative. Prior to joining IBM, Chris spent 6 years at HCL responsible for a portfolio of Strategic Accounts.
Chris enjoys traveling with his wife Jennifer and three children, Madison, Maxwell, and Wilson.
