  • Provides privacy and data security counseling, advice on drafting of terms of service and privacy statements, and counsel on emerging developments in privacy and communications law, including GDPR, CaCPA, commercial email marketing, use of text messages for client communication, and FTC enforcement actions.
  • Provides vendor management process review and advice.
