Frank Schugar is the Managing Partner of Aerstone, an NSA-certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business cybersecurity company. Mr. Schugar has over 28 years of progressive experience working in the intelligence and security community. His experience includes management of mixed military and civilian teams, identification and development of business opportunities, development of security strategies, and the implementation of those strategies. He combines extensive analytic training and problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities to produce written and presented deliverables that exceed customer expectations. Prior to joining Aerstone, Mr. Schugar held several leadership positions at SAIC. Mr. Schugar’s work included many aspects of the IT security practice including C&A, security consulting, training, managed services, and integration of security products and services. He is a subject matter expert in the arena of electronic voting system security, and has given lectures on Capitol Hill and participated in numerous panel discussions.
