Jay Fusco

Vice President of Information Systems, San Jose Water Group

Jay Fusco is the Vice President of Information Systems for the San Jose Water Group of water utilities and is responsible for the strategy and execution of Information Technology and Information Security initiatives.

Jay is passionate about the use of technology and innovation to advance San Jose Water Group’s mission and believes that utilities have a responsibility to the customers they serve to leverage such advancements and continuously improve their capabilities. Before joining Connecticut Water, a subsidiary of San Jose Water Group, Jay worked as an Information Technology Director at Yale University where he had the opportunity to co-write the initial Cloud Computing Strategy for the University and transform their delivery model. He has also held positions in Enterprise Architecture and Software Engineering for organizations such as ESPN, Pitney Bowes, and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. He holds a BS Degree from Quinnipiac University in Market Research and Statistics and has earned certifications in ITILv3, ITILv4, Lean IT, and TOGAF.
