KRISTY A. LEVINSON

Assistant Vice President, Applied Energy Group

Ms. Levinson joined AEG in 2009 after having spent over twelve years at Siebel Systems and Oracle in the management and IT consulting field, working in the energy, pharmaceutical, financial, IT, and consumer goods industries. Throughout her career, Ms. Levinson has worked with various levels of executive management, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Call Center professionals to assist with a myriad of issues. Her expertise focuses on the ability to quickly analyze complex business and project processes and provide recommended solutions and strategies to achieve specified goals and objectives. Her areas of specialization include Strategic Consulting for CRM/ERP implementations, Utility Customer Experience, Business Analysis, Change Management, and Demand Response.

More recently, for nearly 8 years, Ms. Levinson led various IT projects for the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA), KeySpan, National Grid, and Public Service Enterprise Group-Long Island (PSEGLI) including:
– Implementation of Siebel Sales, Marketing, Service, and Energy platforms for the Energy Efficiency line of business
– Implementation of OBIEE
– Upgrade of Nuance IVR system
– Implementation of SiteCore (‘My Account’) platform
– Implementation of MicroStrategy Data Mart

Her responsibilities included technical and functional design work, business process re-engineering, documenting business requirements, as well as taking on the role of test lead and end user specialist. She currently serves as an Assistant Vice President on AEG’s NY Consulting team and is responsible for all IT efforts required of AEG’s South Fork Peak Savers demand response program for eastern Long Island.

Ms. Levinson received her B.A. in History and Secondary Education from Michigan State University and is a certified Siebel Business Analyst.
