Premjith Lakshman Singh, Chief Information Digital Officer & VP Customer Care for Regional Water Authority, Joins Cloud for Utilities Advisory Board

January 19, 2020 — Cloud for Utilities is thrilled to announce that Premjith Lakshman Singh, Chief Information Digital Officer and Vice President of Customer Care for Regional Water Authority, has joined the Cloud for Utilities advisory board.

Mr. Singh oversees all Business Strategy and Transformation, Non-Core Businesses, Customer Care, and Information Technology for Regional Water Authority, who serves 400,000 core water customers and 115,000 non-core customers.

Prior to RWA, Mr. Singh spent more than 16 years in executive leadership roles in the Energy and Utility industries. He has held executive leadership roles in National Grid, Avangrid, and UIL and is an accomplished thought leader with more than twenty years of business transformational and technology experience. Among his professional accomplishments, he’s received awards including Best Run Utility and other Business transformation and sustainability awards.

He has a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering and a master’s degree in business and technology management. He is an active member of his community, participating in university educational programs in Public Utility Management.
