Director/Customer Solutions, Southwest Gas

Sarah Peluso-Ibarra is the Director/Customer Solutions, leading the Contact Centers, Bill Print and Back Office operations, ensuring continued innovation and elevation of the customer experience.

Sarah began her career with Southwest Gas 26 years ago as a Customer Representative in the Call Center. She moved into management 3 years later. During her career she has held positions in Human Resources, Customer Service, the field department that completes customer generated service orders, compliance related meter work and responds to potential natural gas emergencies inside and outside our customers’ homes. She joined Project Horizon in 2019 to work on replacing the 30-year-old legacy CIS system with a modernized SAP S4 and C4C system. She has extensive experience with customers, employees, operations, change management and has been a member of multiple transformational projects focused on customer experience, employee development, quality, safety, and excellence.

Sarah holds an MBA from University of Phoenix, is a graduate of the Western Energy Institute Business Acumen for Emerging Leaders Program, 8 Habits of the Effective Executive and the Greater Tucson Leadership program.
